Summary
Join our team as a Salesforce Developer and design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to enhance business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, create tailored applications, and integrate Salesforce with other systems. You will develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, integrate Salesforce with ERP systems and other software, and automate manufacturing processes. Maintaining system updates and data accuracy is also crucial. This role requires extensive Salesforce integration expertise, dashboard and reporting skills, and experience implementing Salesforce best practices for sales teams.
Requirements
- Salesforce Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms, including: Zendesk for customer support and ticketing system integration
- Salesforce Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms, including: Email Marketing Platform for managing and automating marketing campaigns
- Salesforce Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms, including: Shopify for integrating e-commerce sales data and operations
- Salesforce Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms, including: Custom ERP System to align enterprise resource planning with Salesforce functionalities
- Salesforce Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms, including: VOIP Service (ClearlyIP) for seamless communication between Salesforce and VOIP systems
- Salesforce Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate Salesforce with various platforms, including: Other platforms as needed
- Dashboard & Reporting Skills: Expertise in creating custom dashboards and reports in Salesforce for sales insights
- Dashboard & Reporting Skills: Ability to design visual tools that enhance performance and decision-making
- Sales Team Best Practices: Experience implementing Salesforce best practices to improve sales workflows
- Sales Team Best Practices: Skilled in optimizing Salesforce for sales process efficiency and team productivity
Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications and workflows using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, inventory tools, and other software
- Automate manufacturing processes (e.g., order management and production tracking)
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Maintain system updates and ensure data accuracy through regular cleanup and reporting
