Summary

Join Securly, a leading provider of student wellness and safety solutions, as a Part-Time Salesforce Developer! This remote, flexible position offers 10-20 hours per week and allows for scheduling autonomy. You will maintain, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce Lightning platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Leverage your expertise in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to build scalable solutions and integrations. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for additional projects. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of Salesforce development experience and a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Expertise with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, and Flow Builder
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API usage
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure, security models, and automation tools
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain custom Salesforce Lightning solutions using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Support and optimize Salesforce integrations with systems including NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, and CPQ tools
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Create and update documentation for custom development, automations, and integrations
  • Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and system performance across the platform
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement fixes in a timely, collaborative manner
  • Partner with RevOps on configuration, user enablement, and automation strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, and CPQ tools
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments
