Summary
Join CI&T, a tech transformation specialist uniting human expertise with AI, as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Engineer. This full-time, work-from-home night shift position involves designing, developing, and executing complex marketing campaigns using SFMC. You will create customer journeys and automations, build and optimize data extensions, and develop custom reports and dashboards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role demands proficiency in SFMC tools, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS. Compensation is β±90,000 - β±100,000 a month.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio
- Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email and landing page development
- Familiarity with data integration techniques, APIs, and ETL processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Full time Work From Home_Night Shift
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute complex marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create and manage customer journeys and automations to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management
- Build and optimize data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data flows, and platform performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends
