Requirements
- 2β3 years of experience in Salesforce development or administration
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and automation tools (especially Flows)
- Ability to translate complex needs into simple, effective solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, supporting cross-platform integrations, and communicating clearly across a variety of audiences
- Thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving business problems with technology, and take full ownership of your work

Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce components, including objects, fields, flows, and automation rules; ensure consistency and performance across the platform
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and implement scalable, business-ready solutions with a focus on clarity, usability, and reliability
- Manage and support integrations with tools such as NetSuite, Jira, and marketing platforms; monitor APIs and middleware connections to ensure secure, accurate data exchange
- Maintain documentation, promote best practices, and ensure high data integrity; support incident resolution and system enhancements
- Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across business and technical teams, communicate proactively, and contribute to a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement
