Summary
Join BlaBlaCar's Software Integration team as a Salesforce Platform Engineer! You will develop, maintain, and scale the Salesforce platform, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine business needs, designing and developing Salesforce features, and ensuring platform scalability. You'll leverage your Salesforce expertise and experience to contribute to a fast-growing company. Requirements
- Have a strong Salesforce product knowledge and 2+ years of Salesforce administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud or Service cloud, including advanced UX and Flows
- Be organized and rigorous following best practices regarding setup quality, testing, documentation
- Have excellent communication skills with various levels of stakeholders ; be able to follow in autonomy technical & functional guidelines described by Lead & PM
- Embrace change, be able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- Be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Participate with our stakeholders in the business needs refinement and define ETAs alongside with the Product Manager and the Platform Lead
- Design, develop, test and maintain business features by applying all the Salesforce good practices and technical guidelines
- Collaborate with team members throughout rituals such as stand-up meetings, sprint plannings and much more
- Having a look on all the new features & tools proposed by Salesforce in their releases to suggest improvements in our implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Salesforce Admin certification, Service Cloud Consultant and other Salesforce certification
- Have a first experience in managing critical Salesforce projects, with a high level of build and run
