Summary
Join Neocol as a Director, Salesforce Quote-to-Cash Advisory Services, leading a team of Business Analysts in providing Salesforce Quote-to-Cash advisory and implementation services. Drive practice growth by providing business leadership on multiple engagements and refining the practice's vision. Review and analyze business processes to implement change management initiatives, improving user experience and productivity. Oversee the Salesforce Functional project team, demonstrating adaptability and a competent functional understanding. This role requires a deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience. You will lead workshops, synthesize requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and develop documentation. Mentoring and coaching team members is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of one Salesforce certification. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) preferred
- 10+ years of experience with Salesforce setup and configuration
- 10+ years business analyst or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working for a Salesforce Partner or equivalent
- Experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations (from driving requirement workshops, handholding development teams, supporting testing and cutover to production)
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Business Analysts providing Salesforce Quote-to-Cash Advisory and implementation services
- Drive growth within the practice by providing business leadership on multiple engagements
- Help refine the vision for the practice as it relates to methodology and skill development
- Review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity
- Oversee the Salesforce Functional project team
- Lead Discovery and requirements refinement workshops and sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements
- Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
- Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements
- Produce functional and system design documentation
- Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met
- Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts
- Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics
- Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business
- Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals
- Provide regular and actionable feedback during 1:1s and quarterly check-ins to support continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of the full SDLC
- Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio user
- Experience in working with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud preferred
