Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing)
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce Revenue Cloud solution design and delivery
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and integration with third-party systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and data model
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant or similar certifications (CPQ, Billing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Billing, and revenue management functionalities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation and solution blueprints
- Provide best practices for Revenue Cloud and related modules, including CPQ and Salesforce Billing Integration
- Lead technical discussions and workshops with internal teams and customers to define technical requirements
- Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce Revenue Cloud features and best practices
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud tools, including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning Web Components
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce Revenue Cloud with third-party systems (ERP, financial systems, payment gateways, etc.)
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and other Salesforce clouds
- Analyze and optimize existing Revenue Cloud implementations for improved performance and scalability
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Revenue Cloud issues
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage relationships with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in data security and privacy
- Implement Salesforce security measures to protect sensitive business data
