Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing)
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce Revenue Cloud solution design and delivery
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and integration with third-party systems
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and data model
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and system integrations
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant or similar certifications (CPQ, Billing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Billing, and revenue management functionalities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation and solution blueprints
  • Provide best practices for Revenue Cloud and related modules, including CPQ and Salesforce Billing Integration
  • Lead technical discussions and workshops with internal teams and customers to define technical requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay current with Salesforce Revenue Cloud features and best practices
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud tools, including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning Web Components
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce Revenue Cloud with third-party systems (ERP, financial systems, payment gateways, etc.)
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and other Salesforce clouds
  • Analyze and optimize existing Revenue Cloud implementations for improved performance and scalability
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Revenue Cloud issues
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Present technical solutions and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in data security and privacy
  • Implement Salesforce security measures to protect sensitive business data

Preferred Qualifications
