Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and skip tracing
  • Experience with cold calling and managing objections
  • Proficient with skip tracing tools and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with excellent research and data validation skills
  • Experience with CRM software and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to effectively convey our services and value to potential clients

Responsibilities

  • Conduct skip tracing to find accurate contact information for potential clients who are otherwise difficult to reach
  • Perform outbound calls to connect with leads
  • Qualify leads to understand their needs and ensure they align with our service offerings
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team
  • Accurately record interactions and updates in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, skip tracing, and appointment setting
  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop and refine lead generation and skip tracing strategies
  • Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and moving through the sales pipeline
