Remote Sap Analytics Consultant

Summary

Join our dynamic and global digital product engineering company as an SAP IS-Retail Analytics Support Specialist! You will provide continuous support to end-users during the solution rollout, working closely with business users to understand their reporting and analytics needs. Your responsibilities include assisting users with analytics tools, troubleshooting challenges, conducting training, creating documentation, and facilitating knowledge transfer. This is a 6-month contract requiring at least 2 years of experience in support projects with SAP Analytics and fluent Polish. Extensive travel is also required.

Requirements

• Previous experience with at least 1st level support in SAP Analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in support projects working with ticket solving and incidents
• Fluent in Polish
• Available for extensive travelling
• Open to a 6 month contract

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous support to end-users during the SAP IS-Retail solution rollout
• Work closely with business users and process owners to understand their reporting and analytics requirements
• Assist end-users in navigating and utilizing analytics tools effectively
• Collaborate with local teams to address and troubleshoot analytics-related challenges
• Conduct training sessions for end-users
• Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries and issues
• Create documentation, user guides, and best practices to assist end-users
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to local teams
• Assist in change management efforts
