Requirements

• Have experience in SAP Basis administration
• Be familiar with ITIL processes
• Possess advanced knowledge of Sybase ASE
• Have proficient English language skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP application 2nd and 3rd level support
• Ensure SAP application smooth operation
• Troubleshoot issues
• Communicate with clients regarding issue resolution
• Perform system software updates and version changes
• Manage migrations
