Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration
• Solid experience in user administration, including role and profile management
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and technical components
• Experience with SAP systems on different databases (HANA, Oracle, etc.) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Familiarity with transport management system (TMS) and system monitoring tools
• Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP BASIS administration tasks including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Handle user administration, authorizations, and role management across SAP landscapes
• Perform system copies, patch upgrades, kernel upgrades, and support package implementation
• Maintain system health and ensure availability of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, etc.)
• Manage SAP transports and ensure smooth migration between environments
• Work closely with functional teams, infrastructure, and security teams for integrated support
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies
• Provide technical support during implementations, upgrades, and daily operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP HANA administration
• Experience with Solution Manager, SAP Router, SSL configuration
• Understanding of high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud or SAP BTP platforms
