Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in IT operations
• Basic knowledge of ITIL

Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming customer change requests
• Work with SAP Technical teams and Chapter Leads to implement changes effectively
• Help prepare technical solutions for incoming requests in collaboration with experts
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any questions or issues
• Gather necessary approvals and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Track the planning, scheduling, and execution of changes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Service NOW, ITIL, or SAP is a plus
