Requirements

• Language proficiency: Native/fluent in Polish, with communicative proficiency in English
• Proven experience as an SAP CO Consultant, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA CO modules
• Strong understanding of Project Systems (PS) integration
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA CO solutions to align with business objectives
• Configure and support controlling processes, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
• Ensure smooth integration with SAP Project Systems (PS) for planning, budgeting, and tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to controlling and project systems
• Engage directly with customers, providing expert guidance and delivering effective solutions
