SAP Crystal Reports Developer, Accounting Clerk/Developer (WFH Set-up)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in an accounting role, with a solid understanding of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in functions, formulas, and macros
• Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in AI for automation

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
• Analyze income statements and other financial reports, summarizing findings for management review
• Utilize advanced Excel functions and macros to streamline reporting processes
• Generate reports using Crystal Reports and assist in the development of automated reporting solutions
• Collaborate with upper management to present financial findings clearly and effectively
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, including AI tools for reporting
• Support month-end closing processes and assist with financial audits as needed
