Join NTT DATA as a Senior SAP CS Consultant and play a strategic role in designing, implementing, and deploying SAP systems to achieve defined business goals. This remote position involves leading analysis and design in the SAP CS area for a large-scale, global project, working closely with the client's Customer Service teams. You will facilitate SAP system implementation and support, act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team, and ensure solution stabilization and continuous improvement. The role requires extensive SAP CS experience, including full-cycle implementations and strong integration knowledge across various SAP modules. Requirements

• At least 10 years of SAP Functional consultant experience
• Must have at least 7 years of working on SAP CS
• At least 5 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation in large organizations and at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations, specifically the CS Module
• Configuration expertise in the overall possibilities for CS flows
• Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer
• Extensive knowledge of replacement processing includes scrap and refurbishment processing
• Equipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition
• Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
• Knowledge of service labor posting and integration with time keeping system
• Knowledge of material issues and postings
• Integration capabilities and cross modular capabilities in SAP SD and MM/LE
• Worked in Order Management OTC process specifically on Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, Free Goods, Item Proposal, Material Determination, Cross Selling, Out Put Control, Sales Documents, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Delivery Documents, Billing Documents, Contracts, Account determination, Rebate Agreements and Partner Determination. • Experience in SAP Customer Service, Material Management
• Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE) & Financial Accounting (FI) modules
• Capacity to comprehend business forms from a client’s point of view
• Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others
• Must be results-oriented
• Experience in developing test, cutover and post go-live plans for the modules of competence (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc)
• Experience with globally distributed teams
• Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP systems in Warehouse Management, Material Management and Logistics
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team

• Validate the report’s requirements and any changes in customizing
• Provide training to end-users and sort out day-to-day queries of end users as per each of the project phases needs
• Conduct structured testing internally and with users
• Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing companies is an asset
• Added advantage if excellent understanding on SD CS FI MM integration and have extensively worked on Integrating SD module with other enterprise areas such as CS MM FI configuring and implementing SDMMFICS SD
