SAP FICA ISU Architect

Summary

Join our team as an SAP FICA ISU Architect in Juno Beach, FL (remote option available)! Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICA solutions within the SAP ISU framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Design and optimize business processes related to contract accounting, billing, payments, and collections. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience with at least 5+ years focused on SAP FICA within an ISU environment
• Very good understanding of Electric Utilities business process knowledge
• Strong understanding of SAP ISU functionalities, contract accounting, invoicing, and payment processing
• Experience in SAP FICA submodules, including dunning, security deposits, installment plans, refunds, write-offs, and collections
• Expertise in integrating SAP FICA with SAP FI, CO, SD, and CRM
• Knowledge of SAP Workflow, BRF+, and FICA-related event processing
• Hands-on experience with configuration, business process mapping, and functional design documentation
• Experience with data migration, ALE/IDOC processing, and third-party system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICA solutions within the SAP ISU framework
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICA with other SAP modules such as FI-CA, FI-CO, SD, and CRM
• Design and optimize business processes related to contract accounting, billing, payments, dunning, and collections
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements
• Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to business users and technical teams
• Work closely with SAP ABAP developers for system enhancements and customizations
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and assist in go-live activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP ISU and FICA

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP ISU Certification is a plus
• Experience in S/4HANA migration or implementation
• Experience in cloud-based SAP solutions
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
