SAP FICO Architect

Summary

Join our team as a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead/Architect for a long-term S/4HANA implementation project. This role demands strong leadership, deep Controlling (CO) expertise, and hands-on implementation skills within a public cloud environment, integrating with Coupa. The position requires a minimum of three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations. Experience with Coupa integration and functional exposure is mandatory. A manufacturing industry background is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills are essential. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel required after initial onboarding. Expenses will be covered. Only U.S. citizens are eligible.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations in a FICO Architect or Lead role
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CO (Controlling), including product costing, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis
• Proven experience working in public cloud SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Mandatory experience with Coupa (integration and functional exposure)
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect the implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO module
• Provide expertise in SAP CO (Controlling), including product costing, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis
• Ensure successful integration with Coupa
• Work effectively in a public cloud environment
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
• Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in Manufacturing is highly preferred
• SAP S/4HANA Certification preferred
