Summary

This role involves managing the full project lifecycle for SAP FI CO implementations, from initial exploration to post-go-live support. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, conducting workshops, writing specifications, collaborating with developers, and providing user training. Success in this position requires proven experience in SAP FICO, S/4HANA implementations, and month-end/year-end close processes. Your strong analytical skills and fluency in German and English will be essential.

Requirements

• Business fluent in German and fluent knowledge of English
• Experience on SAP FI CO
• Expert knowledge of FICO Org Structures; CCA, PCC, Activity Types / Rates, Material Ledger/Actual Costing, COPA
• S/4 Hana / ECC Configuration experience with GL, AR, AP, COPA, and FA (Fixed Assets)
• Month-end Close/Year-End Close experience
• Minimum 3 full cycle S/4HANA implementations
• Incident / Change / Problem Management experience
• Business / SAP FICO Functional analytical experience
• Availability to travel abroad

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from Explore phase to go live
• Identify business requirements, and pain points and document them
• Conduct Fit/GAP workshops
• Write functional specifications documents and work with developers
• Conduct training for Key-users
• Design and develop unit tests to ensure the solution meets the business requirements
• Create Core models SAP together with the other team modules
• Provide post go-live support
