Sap Fico Senior Technical Lead

Summary

Join NTT DATA as an SAP FICO Senior Technical Lead and work remotely with our global client. You will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials, acting as a liaison between business functions and the technical team. Responsibilities include blueprint preparation, project implementation, report validation, user training, testing, and solution stabilization. This role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in specific modules, and a proven track record of full-cycle implementations in large organizations. Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP experience supporting General Ledger in addition to at least 5 of the accompanying capacities: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, and Management Accounting
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like MM, HR, PP, and PM
• Capacity to comprehend business forms from a client’s point of view
• Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others
• Must be results-oriented
• At least 5 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation in large organizations and at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations
• Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Understanding the business requirements of the organization
• Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project
• Implementation of the project
• Validate the reports requirements and any changes in customizing
• Provide training to end-user and sort out day-to-day queries of end users as per each of the project phases needs
• Conduct structured testing internally and with users
• Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing companies is an asset
• Experience in developing test, cutover and post go-live plans for the modules of competence (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc)
• Experience with globally distributed teams
