Sap Fieldglass Solutions Architect

Summary

Join Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders, as a SAP Fieldglass Solutions Architect. You will consult with clients to design and implement global-scale Fieldglass deployments, ensuring seamless integration with business applications and processes. This role involves driving implementation of large Fieldglass deployments, working with product teams on integration, building an in-depth understanding of customer processes, and developing expertise in various customer domains. You will build partnerships with clients, establish product vision, communicate effectively across teams, collaborate with SAP, and lead full product development cycles. Occasional travel may be required. The role is open to candidates based in the United States, preferably in Dallas.

Requirements

• Prior experience implementing efficient vendor management programs
• Significant experience managing Fieldglass configuration, administration, and deployment
• Experience taking a customer-first solution approach and implementing it using Fieldglass capabilities
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with a wide range of technologies. Comfortable choosing the appropriate tools and design patterns to solve complex problems, and producing simple and reliable application architectures
• Excellent communication skills. Capable of effectively communicating with team members, company stakeholders,customers and executives both written and verbally
• Communicate ideas in a clear and structured manner. Turn big ideas into actionable roadmaps with concrete goals and align with multiple levels of stakeholders
• Experience taking products through the entire development life cycle, from ideation to launch
• Excited about solving complex problems, and learning alongside a world-class team

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of one of the world's largest Fieldglass deployments at a FAANG company
• Work with product teams to integrate Fieldglass instances into first party applications, and broader organizational infrastructure
• Build an in-depth understanding of customer process, taking a user-first, product-driven approach to guide Fieldglass based-solution through the entire lifecycle, including configuration, deployment, migration, and ongoing maintenance
• Develop expertise in a variety of customer domains such as AI, healthcare, SaaS, eCommerce, and many others
• Build deep partnerships with startups and tech leaders alike to understand their product, users, and help drive key strategic decisions
• Establish a clear product vision and connect the dots across functions and organizations
• Communicate decisions, challenges, roadmap plans and learnings across a wide range of audiences from development teams to executives
• Collaborate with SAP on new features or additions to existing functionality. Ability to bridge knowledge & technical gaps across disparate client infrastructure to Fieldglass/SAP
• Lead full product and feature development cycles from discovery to delivery
