Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding complex business processes and system interactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service organizations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during implementation phases
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in functional analysis and business process optimization
• Perform implementation (customizing, writing technical specifications for developers)
• Conduct unit and integration testing
