Responsibilities

• Plan and manage service delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time and meets quality standards
• Support teams (CDM/CSM/SCOPM) during the commissioning phase
• Identify and implement ways to improve service efficiency in collaboration with the team
• Provide expert advice for ongoing business operations
• Help create cost and service transparency across various service chains
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for service delivery and the CDM/CSM team
• Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date in the Asset and Configuration Management system
• Contribute to process development and improvements
• Ensure all required reporting is completed, such as OLA and SDE reports

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Service NOW, ITIL, or SAP is a plus
