Summary

Join our team as an experienced SAP S/4HANA consultant specializing in the Aerospace & Defense industry. You will lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) workstream for S/4HANA implementations, leveraging your expertise in SAP SD, PS, and Contract Lifecycle Management modules. Your responsibilities include collaborating with clients, defining transformation goals, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. You will also lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP S/4HANA systems, guide documentation preparation, and identify opportunities for process improvement. This role requires 8-10 years of SAP consulting experience with a proven track record of successful S/4HANA implementations in the A&D and discrete manufacturing sectors. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Domain exp and Discrete Manufacturing exp
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with hands-on expertise in O2C and successful S/4HANA implementations
• Expertise in SAP modules: Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), and Contract Lifecycle Management, with experience in government contracting (DFARS, ITAR)

Responsibilities

• Lead O2C workstream for Aerospace & Defense (A&D) SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on contract management, sales order, and invoice processing
• Collaborate with clients to define transformation goals and create value propositions for S/4HANA innovations
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure alignment of O2C processes with industry best practices
• Lead design, configuration, and testing of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet business needs
• Guide the preparation of documentation for system design and knowledge transfer
• Identify gaps in current O2C processes, recommend improvements, and leverage SAP to drive value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders
