Summary

Join NTT DATA, a global leader in technology, as a SAP PMO, S/4HANA to work remotely with our global client. Support all project activities, from scope and implementation to post-launch and closure. Manage resources, track activities, and communicate with stakeholders. Proactively identify and manage risks. Develop project timelines and manage related artifacts. Prepare and present project status updates. Liaison between the project team and the business. This role requires 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years as an SAP Project Manager/PMO, with experience in S/4HANA implementations and the Activate methodology. Strong analytical, coordination, and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management with at least 3 years of specific experience as SAP Project Manager/PMO
• Must have experience in at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations and knowledge of the Activate methodology
• Experience in review of BBP documents, developing test, cutover and post go-live plans
• Experience working with globally distributed teams (onsite, nearshore and offshore)
• Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent coordination and time management skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables
• Good hands-on experience on Jira, MS Project & MS office suite (Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support all project activity from scope, implementation, through post-launch and closure
• Support resource management, governance, activities tracking and communication with stakeholders
• Proactively identify, articulate, and manage risks through collaboration with internal and client project teams
• Develop project timelines and manage all required artifacts related to risk mgmt., etc
