Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, installation, configuration, and administration
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration
• Proficiency in system monitoring tools and techniques
• Familiarity with SAP user and authorization management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and related components
• Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to the SAP environment
• Collaborate with application developers, functional consultants, and other IT staff to ensure seamless integration and operation of the SAP system
• Monitor and maintain system security, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the SAP environment, including configurations, processes, and procedures
• Provide support for SAP system issues, including root cause analysis and resolution
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, best practices, and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Basis is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SAP Cloud Platform is desirable
