Requirements

• At least 10 years of total SAP hands-on experience in the SAP SD/LE. SD&LE, both skills are mandatory
• At least 5 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation in large organizations and at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Sales
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Pricing and rebates
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Credit management
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Shipping and transportation
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Freight Pricing and shipment costing
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Evaluated Receipt Settlement (self-billing)
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Billing
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: Intercompany
• Expert knowledge of SD & LE modules: EDI
• Knowledge of the integration aspects with FICO
• Experience in developing test, cutover and post go-live plans for the modules of competence (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc)
• Experience with globally distributed teams
• Must have strong analytical skills, be results and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD and LE (both skills are mandatory)
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD and LE
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve problems
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
• Understanding the business requirements of the organization
• Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project
• Provide training to end-user and sort out day-to-day queries of end users as per each of the project phases needs
• Conduct structured testing internally and with users
• Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing companies is an asset
