Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors SSO setup and configuration
• Proven experience with Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Providers (IDP)
• In-depth understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and other authentication protocols
• Experience with cloud-based identity management systems and their integration with on-premise systems
• Strong knowledge of security standards and best practices related to identity management
• Familiarity with SAP Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) for managing user access and synchronization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SSO and authentication issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize user authentication mechanisms across the SuccessFactors suite
• Ensure seamless integration with both on-premises and cloud-based identity management systems
• Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
• Configure Identity Authentication Services (IAS)
• Manage Identity Provider (IDP) systems
• Troubleshoot complex SSO and authentication issues
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certifications in Identity and Access Management or related fields
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA)
• Familiarity with Federated Identity Management (FIM) and other advanced authentication strategies
