Summary

Join New Era Technology as a Freelance SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Architect for a remote, project-based position. This role involves supporting pre-sales and delivery engagements for global clients in the US and Middle East. You will leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting (RCM) to contribute to successful project bids and implementations. The position requires a minimum of five end-to-end implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting (RCM), experience in both US and Middle East implementations, and expertise in legacy data migration. You must possess strong knowledge of inbound and outbound integrations with ONB/RCM and proven experience integrating ONB/RCM with other SuccessFactors modules. The role demands deep expertise in solution architecture, requirement gathering, client demos, and pre-sales support, along with access to personal demo environments for SuccessFactors ONB & RCM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 end-to-end implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting (RCM)
  • Experience in both US (Public & Private Sector) and Middle East (Saudi & UAE) implementations
  • Expertise in legacy data migration/load into SuccessFactors ONB & RCM
  • Strong knowledge of Inbound and Outbound integrations with ONB/RCM
  • Proven experience integrating ONB/RCM with other SuccessFactors modules
  • Deep expertise in solution architecture , requirement gathering , client demos , and pre-sales support
  • Must have access to personal demo environments for SuccessFactors ONB & RCM
  • Willing to support multiple pursuits (pre-sales and delivery) as they arise

Responsibilities
