Summary

Join Nagarro's global SAP business unit as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. You will implement and support customer projects, analyze customer situations, and develop implementation strategies. Responsibilities include conducting workshops and trainings, supporting presales activities, and driving team development. You will also manage smaller projects on-site. This role requires a completed university degree, relevant experience, and SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals certification. Requirements

• Completed university studies
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally in other modules
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with project management and consulting methodologies
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance
• Business fluent German and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Implement and support customer projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally Succession, Compensation or Variable Pay
• Analyze the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution
• Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live
• Independently perform customer workshops and user trainings
• Support in presales activities such as the execution of system demos or the preparation of offers
• Be responsible for the Performance & Goals module and actively drive the professional development of our team
• Take on (partial) project management in smaller teams on site at our customers
