Join our team as a Senior Consultant to implement and support customer projects in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and other modules. Analyze customer situations, develop strategies, and perform workshops and user trainings. Drive the professional development of our team and take on project management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Completed university studies
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Successful current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally in other modules
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with project management and consulting methodologies
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a convincing appearance
• Business fluent German and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Implement and support customer projects in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and optionally Succession, Compensation or Variable Pay
• Analysis of the customer situation and development of strategies for the implementation and operation of the SuccessFactors solution
• Support in all project phases - from the first workshops to implementation and support after go-live
• Independent performance of customer workshops and user trainings
• Support in presales activities such as the execution of system demos or the preparation of offers
