Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of the new digital SAT exam such as exam requirements and format
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the SAT topics and learning objectives
  • Create engaging and interactive classroom activities, demonstrations, and experiments to enhance students' understanding of complex biological concepts
  • Facilitate student learning through effective instructional strategies, including lectures, discussions, and multimedia presentations
  • Provide clear explanations, guidance, and support to help students grasp challenging topics and prepare for the SAT exam
  • Assess student progress through various formative and summative assessments, such as quizzes, tests, projects, and laboratory reports
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and performances to promote continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees such as Master's are highly preferred
  • Previous experience in SAT tutoring or teaching is preferred
