Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in project management, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects
  • Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI/ML concepts into actionable plans for stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience in scaling Agile frameworks in complex environments, including Kanban and Scrum
  • Proven expertise in navigating complex project landscapes and delivering impactful AI solutions on time and within scope
  • Experience leading diverse technical teams, particularly those with expertise in AI/ML, data science, and cloud technologies
  • Must be able to work the hours of 8 am-5 pm Eastern Time regardless of your home location
  • Certified Scrum Master

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, fostering a collaborative environment for the rapid delivery of GenAI solutions
  • Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles to the team’s progress, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of cutting-edge AI capabilities
  • Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation in all project phases, cultivating a culture that values continuous improvement and accountability
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the development and deployment of AI/ML systems, ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards
  • Serve as the key interface between Government stakeholders and Contractor teams, ensuring that project objectives are clearly communicated and aligned with the strategic goals of the agency
  • Lead the development and management of AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions that meet federal requirements and are scalable within government infrastructure
  • Work with diverse teams to optimize project delivery by implementing data-driven strategies, aligning AI/ML solutions with key business and operational goals
