Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• US Citizenship
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in project management, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices
• Ability to navigate complex project landscapes and deliver results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience leading and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets
• Must be able to work the hours of 8am-5pm Eastern Time regardless of your home location
• Certified Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between the Government and Contractor personnel to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Provide leadership and guidance in the application of Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies to manage projects efficiently
• Oversee and manage IT projects of similar size and scope, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions
• Utilize and leverage commercial cloud infrastructure to enhance project efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize project delivery processes
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation
• Identify and mitigate risks, removing impediments to the team's progress
• Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of self-organization and accountability
