Summary

Join interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, as a Software Engineer II. You will implement virtual assistant products, working on a team to deliver customized solutions across multiple platforms. Requirements

• Experience required - 2-4 Years
• Strong hands-on experience in debugging/resolving issues
• Exposure to application development and ability to perform code changes
• Development experience in javascript(NodeJS) related technologies
• Good understanding of software engineering principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs no supervision
• Excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills required
• Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies
• Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc
• Experience with Version Control systems preferably GIT
• Good understanding of analyzing the logs
• Good knowledge on application deployment
• Knowledge of scripting language, eg: Python, shell script, etc. is required
• Possess the ability to understand business problems and provide solutions/information related to the business requirements

Responsibilities

• Implement virtual assistant products for customers
• Work on a pod of engineers, collaborating daily with a project delivery team
• Work with Product Management and core development teams to stay informed of changes
• Interface directly with clients to manage questions and issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Involved in product implementation is a plus
• Exposure to core banking APIs
• Have exposure to AWS cloud or any cloud technologies
• Have exposure to Docker/Kubernetes (EKS)
• Having work experience in a startup company is of added advantage
