Summary

The job is for a SDE-1 in Zinier's Engineering team. The role involves participating in requirements gathering discussions, developing the backend of the Zinier ecosystem, resolving product issues, optimizing application speed and scalability, collaborating with other team members to handle technical debt, contributing to training tracks, documenting technical aspects of the platform, and having knowledge of Java SpringBoot, REST API development, Redis, MySQL, AWS cloud platform, JIRA, GIT, and DocumentDB or any other document database.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in OOPS concepts
• Strong understanding of Java SpringBoot and REST API development
• Experience in Test Driven Development on SpringBoot
• Strong experience in developing APIs using Redis and relational databases, MySQL preferably
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud platform and experience in using services such as S3 and Lambda
• Good understanding of code versioning tools and bug-tracking systems, such as JIRA and GIT
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering discussions with the product team
• Develop the backend of the Zinier ecosystem with high quality
• Work with stakeholders to investigate and resolve product issues
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to handle technical debt
• Contribute to the training track for other team members across the company

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of DocumentDB or any other document database will be a plus
