Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and inquiries
- Provide MS Teams Phone feature knowledge and customer support
- Coordinate customer orders and provide customer support
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding various topics
- Maintain FMB (answering emails, clarification with technical team, coordination)
- Perform test activities for the reference environment
- Handle hardware orders and service/license orders via MyStore tool
- Enter orders, communicate, and track (in SAP, MyStore)
- Manage goods receipt and communication with stakeholders and controlling
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding various topics
