Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions and inquiries
  • Provide MS Teams Phone feature knowledge and customer support
  • Coordinate customer orders and provide customer support
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding various topics
  • Maintain FMB (answering emails, clarification with technical team, coordination)
  • Perform test activities for the reference environment
  • Handle hardware orders and service/license orders via MyStore tool
  • Enter orders, communicate, and track (in SAP, MyStore)
  • Manage goods receipt and communication with stakeholders and controlling
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding various topics
