Summary
Join Apollo.io as an SDR Caller and play a crucial role in our outbound sales strategy, focusing on engaging prospects via phone to set appointments leading to successful sales. You will manage multiple clients simultaneously, aiming for specific daily and monthly appointment goals while optimizing call strategies for maximum efficiency. Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude and persistence
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently
- A proactive approach to learning and improving call strategies and techniques
Responsibilities
- Make an average of 100 outbound dials per day per client, managing three clients simultaneously
- Secure at least 13 appointments per month per client, with a focus on achieving a 70% hold rate for booked appointments
- Work to increase the number of connected calls beyond a 6% connect rate by adjusting call times and targeting strategies
- Achieve a conversion rate of over 10% from connected calls to appointments booked
- Complete all assigned Apollo Dialer training modules within the first month and participate in at least two monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Development Manager

Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer technology
