Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quickly
• Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude and persistence
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and clients efficiently
• A proactive approach to learning and improving call strategies and techniques

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 100 outbound dials per day per client, managing three clients simultaneously
• Secure at least 13 appointments per month per client, with a focus on achieving a 70% hold rate for booked appointments
• Work to increase the number of connected calls beyond a 6% connect rate by adjusting call times and targeting strategies
• Achieve a conversion rate of over 10% from connected calls to appointments booked
• Complete all assigned Apollo Dialer training modules within the first month and participate in at least two monthly coaching sessions with the Sales Development Manager
