Join Bjak, the largest insurance portal in Southeast Asia, as an SEO/GEO/AEO Specialist to drive organic traffic and visibility across search platforms. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO, GEO (Geotargeting), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a strong online presence and deliver high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings across global and localized markets. Perform keyword research, site audits, and competitive analyses. Optimize site structure, on-page elements, and metadata for both general and geo-targeted searches. Leverage AEO to optimize site content for featured snippets and voice search.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Web Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with strong knowledge of GEO and AEO best practices
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console
- Strong understanding of technical SEo, site architecture, structured data, and on-page optimization
- Experience with geo-targeted strategies for multi-regional or multi language websites
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest search engine trends and Goole algorithm changes
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, shopify
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings across global and localized markets
- Perform keyword research, site audits, and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Optimize site structure, on-page elements, and metadata for both general and geo-targeted searches
- Build and execute strategies for GEO optimization, including managing site structure, localized content, and listings for multi-location or global markets
- Leverage AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to optimize site content for featured snippets, voice search, and “People Also Ask” sections
- Monitor, analyze, and report on site traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices across markets
- Collaborate with marketing, and engineering teams to implement site improvements and optimize the user experience for search
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site crawlability, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data
- Support marketing campaigns by providing SEO insights and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they related to SEO
- GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and ETLs
- Advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Strategic working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Organic Social, Remarketing, Email Marketing, Brand, UX, Web Design, Web Development, Copywriting, and Graphic Design
- Experience developing AI automations and building AI agents
