Requirements

  • 1+ years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry
  • Genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele
  • Strong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the client experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Adherence to Ring Concierge dress code policy; business casual
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for clients, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and delighted at every touchpoint
  • Drive sales through proactive client outreach, follow-up, and after-sales service, in order to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our Fine Jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions
  • Actively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail
  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the boutique is prepared for daily operations and adhering to security protocols and procedures
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to effectively position our brand and products within the luxury jewelry market
  • Collaborate with team members and management to uphold brand standards, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture
  • Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
