Security Analyst

Summary

Join our team to bring incident detection and response in a multi-cloud environment to the next level, leading security incident investigations and improving detection and response to threats and incidents.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in security operations / engineering
• Technical studies related to security engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in analyzing security incidents and threats (especially in hybrid cloud environments)
• Experience in development and software architecture (cloud, Kubernetes) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond fast to security incidents
• Be the leader of a security incident investigation and coordinate efforts between various teams
• Improve and expand detection and alerting of security incidents to ensure efficient & effective response
• Contribute to security incident response processes & best practices
• Collaborate with various teams to implement detection use cases and runbooks to properly handle occurring security incidents
• Work together with teams across the company to build and automate security incident handling workflows
• Continuously improve and monitor our security incident detection and response workflows
• Prototype new technologies for security incident detection and response
• Contribute to a 24x7 coverage for security incident response in a global team with a follow the sun model
