Requirements

• Proficient in infrastructure and application security, including using tools like GitHub Security platform, CodeQL, SAST, and DAST
• Experienced with the legal requirements and compliance concerns specific to the cryptocurrency industry
• Strategic thinker capable of leading security initiatives and managing complex projects, particularly in supply chain security
• Effective at educating teams on security and social engineering prevention with strong communication skills
• Knowledgeable in fraud dynamics and the legal implications impacting the security landscape
• Expert in incident response, IT security practices, and cloud IAM systems, particularly in GCP
• Passionate about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce security protocols across our blockchain and cryptocurrency infrastructure
• Enhance application security postures by integrating a 'shift left' approach with SAST and DAST tools
• Lead strategic security projects to strengthen defenses and mitigate emerging threats, focusing particularly on supply chain security
• Educate our team on best practices for security and social engineering prevention techniques
• Address and analyze potential fraud and legal-related security challenges affecting operations
• Coordinate incident response efforts to manage and remediate security events swiftly
• Integrate robust cloud IAM solutions across platforms, with a special focus on GCP
• Manage security projects with strategic oversight to maintain and enhance product integrity
