Requirements
- An engineer with 2–5 years of experience in internal or corporate security, ideally with hands-on experience in incident response, process improvement, and policy management
- A professional who is comfortable with scripting — Python is a plus — to support automation and troubleshooting tasks
- A person familiar with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Elasticsearch, QRadar), EDR solutions, and optionally SOAR platforms
- An engineer with experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems (e.g., JAMF, Intune) and the ability to define or refine related security policies
- A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, distributed teams and can collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Investigate, manage, and report internal security incidents, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up
- Participate in and help coordinate tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement efforts
- Operate and improve internal security tooling, including SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and SOAR integrations where applicable
- Contribute to the creation, review, and enforcement of mobile device management (MDM) policies and related internal controls
- Collaborate with teams across OLX — including Risk, Compliance, GRC, Legal, and Engineering — to align on internal security policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and mentor employees on security best practices, acting as a go-to person for internal security questions
- Support system configuration and hardening of internal services such as Okta, Google Workspace, JAMF, and others
- Participate in a lightweight on-call rotation for internal incident response (approximately every 1–2 weeks)
Preferred Qualifications
A professional comfortable working with tools like Okta and Google Workspace, and ideally familiar with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Terraform) — although this is not mandatory
