Security Engineer

Summary

Join Mantle Network, a leading Ethereum layer 2 ecosystem, as a skilled Rust/smart contract developer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying internal projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operation. A key aspect of this role involves establishing and promoting secure coding practices within the team. You will also stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative technologies and security best practices. This position requires extensive experience in Rust and Solidity development, along with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols. Additional experience in cryptography and contributions to open-source projects are highly valued.

Requirements

• 3+ years of large-scale Rust language development experience
• 2+ years of Solidity contract project development experience, proficient in common contract vulnerability forms and best practice standards
• Proficient in Bitcoin and Ethereum protocols, and familiar with other popular blockchain protocols such as Solana and Ton
• Familiar with and used popular DeFi protocols
• Excellent team communication and collaboration skills, passionate about the blockchain industry, and strong learning and acceptance ability for new technologies and things

Responsibilities

• Complete the architecture and development work of internal rust/smart contract projects according to product requirements
• Cooperate with product, testing, devops and other cooperative teams to ensure the project is safely launched and runs stably
• Promote the establishment of internal rust/contract project security and best practice standards, and guide and train other engineers to promote team improvement
• Pay attention to industry hotspots, and introduce industry technological innovations and security practices to the team in a timely manner
