Security Field Engineer

You will play a crucial role in managing customer engagements before and after implementation, ensuring customer success throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive customer traction and implement success criteria. This role involves managing ongoing customer engagements, working with the product team on customer requests, developing custom detection use cases, normalizing datasets, assisting with presentations and demos, automating onboarding tasks, and contributing to new feature development. Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing or in progress customer engagements
• Work closely with platform product team on customer requests, bugs, or enhancements
• Develop and integrate specific customer detection use cases or integrations with the customer
• Normalization of datasets/login in customer environments
• Assist with customer presentations, demos, etc
• Assist with automation of tasks related to customer onboarding
• Assist in new feature development and product strategy based on customer usage and feedback
• Help manage customer engagements pre and post implementation for techincal based requests
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement lifecycle and will work closely with product, sales, and marketing to generate customer tracttion, as well as implementing customer success criteria per and post pilot
