Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a member of their Security team, playing a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, processes, and systems. You will be part of the central Business Continuity, Emergency, and Crisis Management Team, responsible for implementing and developing BCM/ECM methods and processes. Responsibilities include reviewing BCM/ECM requirements, representing BCM/ECM topics to internal customers, steering BCM structures in international subsidiaries, developing and implementing test concepts, developing and conducting awareness measures and trainings, and supporting incident and crisis management. The position requires a university or high school degree in a relevant field, high-level English and German language skills, information security knowledge, and experience in BCM/ECM, ideally in large enterprises. International project experience and teamwork skills are also essential.

Requirements

  • University / High school degree in Security Management / Informatics / Engineering / Economics / Cyber security / Project management or a comparable qualification
  • High-level English and German language knowledge
  • Information Security basics knowledge / experience
  • Experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Emergency and Crisis Management especially in the setup ideally at larger enterprises
  • Experience in international projects
  • Teamwork, self-confidence and diplomatic skills

Responsibilities

  • Pursue and review of requirements regarding structure and processes of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Emergency and Crisis Management
  • Representing the BCM/ECM topics towards internal customers
  • Steering of BCM structures in international subsidiaries including internal audits
  • Development and implementation of overarching BCM and Crisis Management test concepts
  • Development and performing of f awareness measures and trainings
  • Support of measures for coping incidents and crisis

Preferred Qualifications

  • BCM / ECM certifications (CBCI, CISM, ISO 22301, 27001, ...)
  • Project Management certificates (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience in agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
