Summary

Join GoCardless's Security Engineering team as a leader, focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM). Lead and manage the IAM program, scaling it to support organizational improvements. This role reports to the Head of Privacy and Security and involves building automated risk reduction and compliance solutions, developing IAM strategies, and creating reports and dashboards. You will work with stakeholders, remove team blockers, and mentor engineers. The salary range is €5,333 - €8,000 (gross), with offers considering experience and performance. Requirements

  • Experience managing teams and working with engineering and security teams
  • Understanding modern IAM tech stack and being able to coach and mentor engineers

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of engineers to build automated risk reduction and compliance solutions specially focused on Access Management space
  • Support IAM Strategy and develop solutions tailored to our business needs, interest in serving internal and external customer preferred
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics around access controls by extracting operational insights that drive continuous improvement and understanding for the business
  • You like removing blockers affecting your team and assisting the team with the tools they need to work efficiently and effectively
  • You are comfortable working with key stakeholders, building relationships
  • Define and track KPIs to demonstrate risk reduction and operational efficiency improvements
  • Working on solutions cross-functionally, creating buy-in to deliver changes you need
