Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3-4 yearsβ experience with proven performance within Security Operations is mandatory
- Managing and Administration / Configuration of Security Solutions such as but not limited to any of the following β End Point Security, CrowdStrike, SIEM β Rapid7, Vulnerability Management β Rapid7, IAM β CyberArk β Access, PAM
- Experience with Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation β KnowBe4, Mimecast
- Background ASD Essential 8, NIST or any other key security frameworks
- Familiarity in handling ITSM tools and various documentation repositories such as ServiceNow, Confluence etc
- Experience within Security Monitoring, Incident Response, Threat Management and driving Vulnerability Management Program for Customers
- General Infrastructure and Network awareness
- Security Solutions Implementation, Operational experience
- Experience in being able to interact with Customers on regular basis
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing and maintaining our customer environments
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues by utilizing technical expertise with various technologies
- Provide 2nd level technical support within our agreed SLA agreements
- Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per bA/customer standards (ITIL Framework)
- Create and maintain technical documentation for bA customer environments
- Providing escalated support from service desk teams (escalated end user / NOC support) and customers
- Create knowledgebase articles and process documents
- Periodic customer meetings and presentations around operational Activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification/s in Cybersecurity is a plus
- Experience in MSP environment is a plus
- Experience in supporting Global Operations is a plus
