Seller Operations Charge & Cargo Management

Summary

The job is for an Operations Analyst role at Trendyol, a dynamic e-commerce company with international presence. The position involves analyzing operational and financial reports to improve profit and loss, and identifying trends for cost improvement. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, business administration, or economy faculties, and at least 1 year of experience in related positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties)
• Min 1 year of experience in related position (Seller Management, Planning, Financial reporting etc.)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing operational & financial reports, taking actions to improve Cargo P&L as well as Seller Charge P&L
• Inform and take action with relevant teams by making analysis based on seller performances for cargo and penalty charges
• Providing analyzes and suggestions for new projects with continuous improvement implementation for sellers' cargo operation
• Identifying, analyzing trends or patterns within complex data sets to drive cost & charge improvement actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for Operations and Supply Chain
• Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge, BigQuery is a plus)
• Eager to learn, result-oriented, having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Positive and Energetic
• Fluent in English ( both written & verbal)
