Join MOOVX, a dynamic software and talent solutions company, as a Part-Time Semi Senior Finance & Operations Analyst! Manage payroll processing, Binance and Payoneer transactions, and billing processes. Prepare financial reports, generate projections, and create insightful Power BI reports. Draft contracts, resolve operational challenges, and provide accounting guidance. Manage purchases, shipping, and administer various platforms. This part-time role requires advanced Power BI skills and Binance experience.

Requirements

  • Advanced Power BI skills (including strong DAX knowledge)
  • Experience with Binance (including handling transactions and resolving platform-related issues)
  • Expertise in payments and billing processes
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify solutions quickly
  • Contract management experience
  • General accounting proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and related activities
  • Handle Binance and Payoneer transactions related to payroll
  • Execute bank transfers and ensure timely payments
  • Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely billing
  • Handle payments to suppliers and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare detailed financial and economic reports for the business and specific projects
  • Generate financial projections to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze company data and translate it into insightful Power BI reports for all teams
  • Draft and send contracts for clients and new employees
  • Ensure compliance with contract management protocols
  • Resolve operational challenges, including platform issues (e.g., Binance , Payoneer) and supplier concerns
  • Collaborate with employees, accounting firms, and vendors to address diverse operational needs effectively
  • Provide comprehensive accounting guidance to teams
  • Submit account statements to the accounting firm for fiscal year-end closure
  • Manage purchases (e.g., international, tickets, insurance)
  • Handle shipping coordination nationwide
  • Administer tools and platforms, including: Google Admin Console, Microsoft Center, AWS Center, LinkedIn Groups, Slack Member Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms such as Payoneer, Docusign, and Apollo (with a willingness to learn quickly)
  • Familiarity with App Script
