Responsibilities

  • Leverage your experience in SaaS and complex sales to successfully close high-value deals, regularly exceeding six figures
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to source new opportunities and build a robust pipeline of top-of-funnel leads
  • Demonstrate a polished, confident demeanor when engaging with senior leaders, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and navigating high-level conversations with ease
  • Work closely with your Sales Development Representative to prioritize accounts, align outreach strategies, and share valuable insights
  • Represent Wellhub at industry events, expanding your professional connections within the HR and Reward community
  • Own your pipeline of opportunities, showcasing initiative and expertise through the EDDPICC sales methodology
  • Develop tailored content that resonates with prospects, addressing their specific needs and concerns
  • Craft compelling proposals and comprehensive business cases for high-value deals
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to close deals and ensure successful client onboarding
  • Become the go-to expert on Wellhub’s offerings, understanding our market position and value proposition, backed by compelling case studies
