Senior Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper

Summary

OMiga is seeking an organized, efficient, tech-savvy, and client service-oriented accountant/full-charge bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience to serve their growing list of clients. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to manage multiple clients, and possess excellent computer and data skills. Remote work is available for this position, which offers medical and life insurance, optional dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid personal time off, and holidays.

Requirements

• Accounting or business-related degree preferred
• Full-charge bookkeeping experience - 5+ years preferred
• Simultaneous multiple client experience
• Excellent general computer and data skills – MS Office and Advanced Excel skills
• Strong experience with either QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the quality of financial records through daily review of transactions/reports
• Assisting in all financial accounting processes
• Preparing financial statements and management reports
• Addressing questions/client requests

Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate a plus
