Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Summary

Join Turing, a leading AI-powered tech services company, as a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing virtual cards and T&E reimbursements, and supporting the accounting function. This role requires 4-5 years of accounts payable experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with GST & TDS compliance. Requirements

• 4-5 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience in GST & TDS requirements/compliances
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of commitment, and a good attitude
• Willingness to work overlapping hours with the United States (Pacific Time), at least 4-5 hours

Responsibilities

• Receive and process vendor invoices for approval
• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices timely
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Process reimbursement and support various ad-hoc projects
• Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis
• Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support audits, resolve billing and payment issues
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting client

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience with Netsuite
• Experience with Airbase, Zip & Concur
